Questions, answered honestly.
Do I need a consultation?
Yes. Every treatment starts with a face-to-face consultation. It costs £60 and is redeemed against your treatment.
What happens at a consultation?
You talk about what bothers you and your medical history, Rebeca looks at your skin and face, then explains your options honestly, including when you don't need anything.
Can I be treated the same day?
Sometimes, if it's suitable. For some treatments Rebeca will suggest taking time to think it over first.
Who will treat me?
Rebeca Lydiatt, a Registered General Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber. The clinic is Save Face accredited.
Is there anyone you won't treat?
Injectable treatments aren't offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and Rebeca will decline treatment if it isn't right for you.
Do you treat under-18s?
Not with injectable cosmetic treatments. UK law doesn't allow it. Under-18s can have skin consultations and facials with parental consent.
Will I have to sign a consent form?
Yes. You'll be given written information about benefits, risks and aftercare, and time to ask questions before you consent.
What if I have a problem afterwards?
You'll get aftercare to follow and a way to contact the clinic. Hyaluronic-acid filler can be dissolved if ever needed.
How do I book?
Online through the booking system, or call 01706 801706.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. See the gift vouchers page.
