Filler dissolving
Breaks down hyaluronic-acid filler that's been placed before, here or elsewhere.

Filler dissolving uses an enzyme called hyaluronidase to break down hyaluronic-acid dermal filler.
It's carried out after a consultation, with a patch test where appropriate. It works on hyaluronic-acid fillers only, not other product types.
Honest advice, and knowing when to say, “You don't need that.”

How it works
Your goals, history and questions first.
Rebeca explains options, cost and timings.
Around 60 min, only what you need.
Aftercare to follow and a review if needed.
Is it right for you?
- Not offered to anyone under 18, by law.
- Not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Not offered where there's an active infection, cold sore or skin condition at the treatment site.
- Some medical conditions and medicines, including blood thinners, need discussing first.
- Common: swelling, bruising, tenderness and redness where the injections were given, usually settling within days.
- Less common: small lumps, unevenness or infection.
- Rare but serious: filler blocking a blood vessel, which needs urgent treatment. It's one reason filler should only be given by a trained clinician who can recognise and manage it, and why hyaluronidase is kept on site.
Results vary from person to person. Everything is explained before you consent, and you can take time to decide.
Good to know
Will it dissolve any filler?
Only hyaluronic-acid fillers. If you don't know what was used before, Rebeca will talk this through with you.
Is a patch test needed?
Sometimes. Where it's appropriate, a patch test is done before treatment.
Can I have filler again afterwards?
Yes, once the area has settled. Rebeca will advise when it's sensible to re-treat.
Does it hurt?
It can sting briefly. Rebeca will explain what to expect and how swelling settles.
