Lip filler
Shape, balance and hydration for the lips, kept in proportion to your face.

Lip filler uses hyaluronic-acid gel placed in and around the lips to adjust shape, balance or definition.
You'll talk through the look you want, check suitability and go through aftercare before anything goes ahead.
Depending on your goals, Rebeca may suggest combining it with dermal fillers or skin boosters as part of a wider plan.
Honest advice, and knowing when to say, “You don't need that.”

How it works
Your goals, history and questions first.
Rebeca explains options, cost and timings.
Around 60 min, only what you need.
Aftercare to follow and a review if needed.
Is it right for you?
- Not offered to anyone under 18, by law.
- Not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Not offered where there's an active infection, cold sore or skin condition at the treatment site.
- Some medical conditions and medicines, including blood thinners, need discussing first.
- Common: swelling, bruising, tenderness and redness where the injections were given, usually settling within days.
- Less common: small lumps, unevenness or infection.
- Rare but serious: filler blocking a blood vessel, which needs urgent treatment. It's one reason filler should only be given by a trained clinician who can recognise and manage it, and why hyaluronidase is kept on site.
Results vary from person to person. Everything is explained before you consent, and you can take time to decide.
Good to know
Will I still look like me?
That's the aim. Rebeca plans filler around your own features and starts conservatively. Adding a little more at review is easier than taking it away.
Does it hurt?
Most hyaluronic-acid fillers contain a local anaesthetic, and numbing cream can be used first. Most people describe pressure and mild discomfort rather than pain.
Will I bruise?
Swelling and some bruising are common for a few days, so avoid booking just before a big event. Most people go back to work the same or the next day.
Can it be reversed?
Hyaluronic-acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if it ever needs to be. Filler dissolving is available at the clinic.
How long will it last?
It depends on the product, the area and how your body breaks it down. Rebeca will give you a realistic timeframe for the plan she recommends.
